AlertRanger ("we," "us," or "our") provides a multi-channel alerting platform that lets organizations send notifications via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Messaging Consent & Opt-Out

Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and can opt back in by replying START. We honor opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists to support compliance with applicable carrier rules and regulations. We do not sell your contacts or message content.

Plowing & Parking Alert Consent

AlertRanger is a service of CUE LAYER LLC. When you use our public plowing alert form, we collect your mobile number, optional name, the property identified on the form, the consent wording and version, the submission time, the signup page, IP address, and browser information. We use these records to process your requested enrollment, document consent, and administer the notification program. The form records consent only when you check the SMS consent box and submit it.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers processing this information solely to operate and deliver the requested messaging service may access it as needed for that purpose.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as messaging carriers and infrastructure providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. We do not sell personal information.
