These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlertRanger's website, mobile apps, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• You may only send messages to recipients who have provided valid consent to be contacted.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and 10DLC / A2P registration rules.
• You may not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Messaging Compliance

You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and for obtaining and documenting consent from your recipients. AlertRanger provides opt-in / opt-out tooling to assist with compliance, but you remain responsible for lawful use. We may suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints or violate carrier policies.

SMS Messaging Terms: Plowing & Parking Alerts

AlertRanger, a service of CUE LAYER LLC, provides recurring informational text alerts for the property named on the signup form. For Chocorua Pines, these include plowing schedules, requests to move vehicles, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies with weather and property operations. Message and data rates may apply.

To request enrollment, enter your own mobile number on our public plowing alert form, check the unchecked SMS consent box, and submit. No account or purchase is required, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent applies only to the sender and program described on that form, not to unrelated marketing or other organizations.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by that number. Reply HELP for help, use our contact form, or call 1-888-344-6420. See our Privacy Policy for information about consent records and mobile data. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These alerts are not an emergency service and delivery is not guaranteed.

Plans & Billing

The Free for Life plan is provided at no cost subject to its included allowances. Paid features and additional credits are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Message delivery is subject to carrier and third-party network conditions outside our control.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlertRanger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
