2. Platform Description
AlertRanger provides a community-powered alerting platform that allows small businesses, civic groups, and homeowner associations to manage contacts and send targeted real-time notifications. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service without notice.
3. User Conduct and Compliance
You are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from any individual before adding them to your AlertRanger contact lists. You agree not to send unsolicited automated messages, harassment, or any content that violates local, state, or federal laws. Misuse of the high-priority alert system may lead to immediate account termination.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
AlertRanger is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered instantly or without error.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AlertRanger, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the Service.
